Overview

The Control Panel allows you to set a Min Nightly Rate for a period or multiple periods of time. 

"The Minimum Nightly Rate will be the lowest Rate that can be applied over a period of time for a Category/Rate combination."

Although a Minimum Nightly Rate can be set at a Category and Rate Table level, this can be overridden via the Control Panel.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

1. Select Control Panel.
   
    
2. Select Add.
   
   
    

3. Select Min Nightly Rate.
   

   ★ Tip: Select the icon to set a Restriction Type as a favourite and have it displayed at the top of the list

    

4. Select a 'Date Range' or select the checkbox 'Set Permanently'.
   Select the  'Add +' icon to add Multiple Date Ranges.
   (Optional) Select the checkbox for Days of the Week.
   (Optional) Enter the amount to Where Occupancy Level is Above.
   This rule will activate when Occupancy reaches this %.
   Please note: Occupancy-based restrictions use your existing occupancy configuration. For more details, see Occupancy Calculation Rule.
5. Add the Min Nightly Rate.
   (Optional) Select Channel. 
6. Select Next.
   
    
7. Select the Categories.
   If Groupings are configured, you will have the option to select a Grouping. 
8. Select Next.
   
    
9. Select all relevant Rate Types
   If Groupings are configured, you will have the option to select a Grouping. 
10. Select Save/Exit.
