Steps on how to Copy existing Restrictions in the Control Panel of RMS.

Overview

The Control Panel in the Rate Manager Chart allows you to view and manage restrictions and overrides related to rates and availability.

The Copy feature enables you to duplicate a restriction and apply it across selected Channels, Categories, and Rate Types for efficient updates.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

1. Select 'Control Panel'.
   
    
2. Select the Restriction Type.
   Select 'Use Date Filter' (Optional).
   Select Date Range (Optional)
   Select Channel, Category, Rate Type and/or Rate Type Grouping filters (Optional).
3. Select 'Refresh'.
   
    
4. Select the required Restrictions.
5. Select 'Copy'.
   
    
6. Select the Property to apply the Copied Restriction to.
7. Select the Channel to apply the Copied Restriction to.
8. Select the Category to apply the Copied Restriction to.
9. Select the Rate Type to apply the Copied Restriction to.
10. Select 'Save/Exit'.
