Overview
The RMS Vault can be used to securely store credit card information for guests through online reservations or manual entry.
Users who need to access the Vault to obtain credit card details will need their User setup to have a Security Profile with relevant permissions assigned.

★ Tip: After saving changes to Security Profiles, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.
- Select Edit on an existing Security Profile.
- Expand the Guest Screens function menu.
- Select Yes to Allow on the Allow Access to RMS Vault function.
- Select Save/Exit.
