How to view a Guest's Statistical Information

Information

Guest Statistics record the Last Visit, Last Rate Type, Last Area, Number of Visits, and Total Income for all properties on a Guest Profile.

Enterprise customers will see statistics for each Property the Guest has visited, as well as for the Owner Record.

Users will only see Property Statistics for the Properties accessible on their Security Profile.

Reviewing Guest Statistics

Guest statistics can be accessed directly from a reservation or through the guest profile. 

  1. Go to Reservations > Reservation Search.
  2. Select a Search Field.
  3. Click on the check boxes next to the reservation statuses to include in your search.
  4. Enter the Search Criteria and press 'Enter'.
  5. Select the Reservation Number or Guest Name to access the reservation.

  6. Select the 'Statistics' icon in the Guest Details section.
