Guest Statistics record the Last Visit, Last Rate Type, Last Area, Number of Visits and Total Income for all properties on a Guest Profile. Enterprise customers will see statistics for each Property the Guest has visited as well as for the Owner Record. Users will only see Property Statistics for the Properties accessible on their Security Profile.

Reviewing Guest Statistics
Guest statistics can be accessed directly from a reservation, or through the guest profile.
1. Go to Reservations > Reservation Search.
2. Select a Search Field.
3. Click on the Checkboxes next to the reservation statuses to include in your search.
4. Enter the Search Criteria and press 'Enter'.
5. Select the Reservation Number or Guest Name to access the reservation.
6. Select the 'Statistics' icon in the Guest Details section.
The Statistics Icon turns green once there are statistics within the profile. If icon is not green, the Guest profile in use on the Reservation has not yet had any departed reservations. |
The Guest Statistics will open in another window for review. |
Important Information! The Enterprise Owner Record acts as a grand total of all Guest Statistics and will include any Guest statistics not allocated to an individual property due to archiving or configuration changes. |
