Log into the RMS Customer Support Portal using your registered email address and password.
Select your username in the top right and choose 'My activities'.
All current requests can be viewed and managed using the available views.
All replies will be sent to the registered email address of the account.
Key ticket information will display on the right.
Select Add to Conversation to edit a Ticket.
Replies and Ticket updates will appear in the comment thread.
