How to View and Manage your Support Tickets

Log into the RMS Customer Support Portal using your registered email address and password.

Select your username in the top right and choose 'My activities'.

All current requests can be viewed and managed using the available views.

Select a ticket to open it.

Key ticket information will display on the right.

Replies and ticket updates will appear in the comment thread.

New comments and attachments can be added to the ticket by scrolling to the bottom of the ticket view.

Select the checkbox 'Please consider this request solved' when adding a comment if no further assistance is required on this matter.

To receive support or report a different item use the 'Submit a request' button.

All updates to the ticket will send a copy to the registered email address.
