Overview
This option does not provide access to any physical machine at the property and only allows RMS Support to log into the Property's RMS Database until the designated end date and time.
Temporary access is granted to RMS Support automatically when a Support Ticket is logged for the property until that Support Ticket is closed.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Help > Allow RMS Staff Access.
- Select an End Date and Time.

Select Save/Exit.
