The Owner Portal Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of each area you own, its current and upcoming reservations, and income Insights for your chosen period.
Overview
This article is intended for Property owners.
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in to the Owner Portal. It greets you and shows the email address you are signed in with. Select Dashboard in the left navigation to return to it from any other page.
Two buttons sit near the top of the page: View availability and Add reservation. Use Add reservation to book an owner stay in one of your areas.
A legend identifies the two reservation types shown on the Dashboard: Guest reservation and Owner reservation.
This article explains each part of the Dashboard: the area cards, owner and guest reservations, the Insights tiles, the income chart and the Area statistics table.
Area Cards
The Dashboard shows one card for each area you own. Each card shows the current stay in that area, if there is one, together with the estimated gross income for that stay.
Next up... shows the next upcoming reservation for that area. It lists the reservation dates, the estimated gross income and the guest count. For example, a card might show a current stay with its estimated gross income, and Next up... listing a booking arriving 10 August 2026 for 2 guests.
When an area has no activity, the card shows No current reservations or No upcoming reservations.
Owner and Guest Reservations
Guest reservations are stays booked by guests. Owner reservations are your own stays in your area.
Owner reservations show an estimated gross income of $0.00. Owner stays do not generate rental income, so no income is estimated for them.
For example, if you book a week in your own area, the card shows the stay with $0.00 against it.
Standard and Non-Standard Contracts
What each reservation shows depends on your owner contract with the property.
- Standard contracts: each reservation shows its estimated gross income.
- Non-standard contracts (for example performance guarantee or pooling): each reservation shows a stay-length label instead of an income figure. Long stay means the reservation is longer than 7 days. Short stay means it is 7 days or fewer.
For example, an owner on a pooling contract sees a 10-night booking labelled Long stay rather than a dollar figure.
Insights
The Insights section summarises how your areas performed over a selected period. Use the period selector to switch between Last month, Last 6 months and Last 12 months.
Three tiles display for the selected period, each with a comparison against the previous period:
- Net revenue to owner
- Gross revenue
- Res. departed: the number of reservations that departed in the selected period.
Income Over Last 12 Months
The Income over last 12 months chart is a bar chart comparing your gross income and net income by month. Point to a bar to see the detail for that month.
When there is not enough data, the Dashboard shows messages such as Not enough data to form trend and There is no income reported for this period.
Please Note! Figures in the Insights tiles and the income chart follow the property's trust accounting periods. A month shows income only after the property closes that trust accounting period as part of end of month processing.
Area Statistics
The Area statistics table summarises each of your areas for a selected period. It has its own period selector.
Each row shows the area's Name, Nights occupied, Owner occupied and Est. gross income (estimated gross income).
The table shows 4 areas per page. Use Previous and Next to move between pages.
