The Owner Portal is a website where property owners view income insights, reservations and invoices for the areas they own, and book their own stays.
Information
This article is intended for Property owners.
The Owner Portal shows you, as a property owner, the income insights, reservations and invoices for the areas you own.
Your property manager administers owner access from RMS and provides the link to your property's portal.
Each property has its own portal link, and you see one property per sign-in. Co-owners each sign in with their own email address and password.
You can reset your own password. Select "Forgot password?" on the login page and a reset link is emailed to your address. Your property manager can also set or reset your password from RMS.
What You Can Do in the Owner Portal
After signing in, you land on the Dashboard. The left navigation lists Dashboard, Reservations and Invoices, with Sign out at the bottom.
| Page | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | See a card for each area you own, showing the current stay and the next upcoming reservation. Review income insights for the last month, 6 months or 12 months, plus a monthly chart comparing gross and net income. |
| Reservations | View reservations on your areas in a Calendar or List view. Add owner reservations, edit your upcoming owner reservations and view guest reservations. |
| Invoices | View and download the invoices your property manager has shared with you, filtered by month and area. |
Owner reservations you add in the portal are created in RMS at the same time, so the property team sees them straight away.
Please Note! Income figures in the Insights section and the income chart follow your property's trust accounting periods. A month shows income once the property completes its end of month processing.
Example Use
You own two areas at a property managed in RMS.
Your property manager checks your owner profile contains your current email address, sets an Online Password and sends you the portal link.
You sign in and the Dashboard shows a card for each area, with the current stay and the next upcoming reservation.
You review your income insights for the last 6 months, then select "Add reservation" to book one of your areas for your own stay.
The reservation appears in RMS for the property team at the same time.
