This article describes the Boomgate Status report, which shows the current access status of guests and vehicles at a Boomgate-enabled property.

Overview

The Boomgate Status report provides a real-time view of guests and Alternate Users, who have accessed the property via automated access gates (Boomgates).

Use it to see which guests are currently inside the property, which have exited, or which have been issued access but have not yet used it.

Unlike the Boomgate History report, this report reflects current status rather than a log of events.

How to access

Go to Reports > Daily > Boomgate Status.

Report Options

Status options:

• In - guests who have passed through the gate and are currently inside the property
• Out - guests who have exited the property
• Not Set - guests who have been issued Boomgate access but whose status has not yet been recorded

SortBy options:

• Reservation - sorts by reservation number
• Surname - sorts alphabetically by guest surname
• Area - sorts by accommodation area

Report Columns

Select Build to generate the report on screen. The report only returns rows when guests have active Boomgate access matching the selected Status filter.
