Data Sources & Calculations
The Total Forecast for a day is the sum of that day's Arrivals and Stay Overs - the Areas and guests expected to be in house that night.
The Occupancy % columns show the forecast occupancy split into Confirmed reservations, Unconfirmed reservations (Un Confirm), and the Total; for how occupancy is derived, see the Occupancy Calculation Rule.
The Accom Rev column is Operational Revenue and shows the Gross or Nett figure depending on the Operational Revenue option (or is hidden when set to No Revenue).
