Opago is a housekeeping and operations management platform that integrates with RMS to synchronise reservation and area data, allowing housekeeping and maintenance tasks to be managed directly within Opago.
Overview
Opago is a housekeeping and operations management platform designed for properties that want to centralise cleaning and operations workflows outside of RMS.
The integration enables Opago to receive up-to-date reservation and area data from RMS, which Opago uses to automatically generate and assign housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
When reservation data is received - whether via webhook or daily sync - Opago automatically generates and assigns tasks based on reservation details such as arrivals, departures, and cancellations.
This keeps cleaning schedules and operational workflows within Opago aligned with the live reservation state in RMS.
The Opago integration is available for properties in the EMEA region.
Before you begin
- An active or planned Opago subscription.
- Access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market.
- The ability to Submit a Support Ticket to RMS Customer Support.
- Categories and Areas configured in RMS so that Opago can correctly map properties and tasks.

Functionality
The Opago integration supports the following:
- Reservation sync - daily, picking up all statuses modified since the last sync.
- Reservation creation, modification, and cancellation via webhooks.
- Area sync on initial setup and when changes occur.
- Reservation status updates including check-in, check-out, modification, and cancellation.
- Single-property and multi-property (enterprise) connections.
How to connect

Activate the Opago module in RMS.
Go to the Module Market and activate the VirtuInspect integration module.

Request API credentials.
Submit a Support Ticket to RMS Customer Support to request your API credentials.

Complete Opago setup.
Provide the API credentials to the Opago team to complete configuration and testing.
