Trybe is a spa and wellness booking platform that integrates with RMS, enabling charges, deposits, and refunds processed in Trybe to be posted directly to the corresponding guest folio in RMS.
Overview
Trybe is a spa and wellness booking platform used by hotels, resorts, and spa operators to manage treatments, experiences, and payments. Once activated in RMS, the Trybe team uses the supplied RMS Client ID and Webservice Password to establish the connection from their side and configure data flow between the two systems.
When integrated with RMS Cloud, charges, deposits, and refunds processed in Trybe are automatically posted to guest accounts in RMS, ensuring centralized billing, improved accuracy, and reduced manual data entry.
This integration allows properties to manage spa and wellness services seamlessly in Trybe while keeping all guest folios updated in RMS.

How It Works
- Guests book spa or wellness services through Trybe.
- When a charge, deposit, or refund is processed in Trybe, the transaction is automatically sent to RMS.
- RMS displays the financial activity on the guest folio under the correct sundry and payment types.
- Spa operations continue in Trybe, while RMS remains the system of record for billing and reporting.
Before you begin
Before connecting Trybe, make sure you have an active or planned subscription with Trybe, access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market and submit a support ticket to RMS Customer Support.
What the Integration Enables
- Automatic posting of spa, wellness, and experience charges to the guest account in RMS.
- Posting of deposits and refunds processed through Trybe.
- Elimination of manual re-entry of spa or wellness charges.
- Accurate revenue allocation through mapped sundry and payment types in RMS.
What the Integration Does Not Do
- Does not create or modify accommodation reservations in RMS.
- Does not manage accommodation rates or availability.
For example, when a guest books a spa treatment through Trybe, the charge can be posted back against the corresponding RMS reservation.
Setup Requirements
The following configuration is required in RMS:
Sundry Charges
In RMS, ensure you have the appropriate sundry charges for spa and wellness services. These charges are mapped to Revenue Centers in Trybe so that revenue is allocated correctly in RMS.

Credit Cards & Payment Types
To ensure that spa payments and refunds are reflected correctly in RMS, make sure the Credit Cards and Payment Types configured in Trybe match those in RMS. These will be mapped to Trybe payment methods so deposits, payments, and refunds appear accurately in RMS.

How to Connect Trybe
Activate Trybe Integration Module
Go to the Module Market and activate the Trybe integration module.-
Request API Credentials
Once the module has been activated, submit a support ticket to the RMS Customer Support team to request the following:RMS Client ID
Webservice Password
Complete Setup
Provide the credentials to the Trybe team to complete configuration and testing.
