VirtuInspect is an AI-powered housekeeping and maintenance management platform built for property operations where conducting physical inspections is logistically challenging.
It enables property managers to automate cleaning schedules, monitor housekeeping execution, and conduct AI-assisted inspections for damage detection, missing items, and room setup - without requiring an on-site presence.
The integration with RMS brings reservation, rate, and transaction data directly into VirtuInspect, reducing manual data entry and keeping housekeeping operations in sync with the property management system.
How it works
VirtuInspect connects to RMS via API to pull reservation data, cleaning charges, rates, transactions, property details, areas, and property images.
Reservation arrival and departure dates drive the automated cleaning schedule within VirtuInspect.
Housekeeping staff use the VirtuInspect iOS and Android apps to perform AI-assisted inspections and live video calls in real time.

Before You Begin
Before connecting VirtuInspect, make sure the following are in place:
- RMS: Categories and Areas are fully configured in RMS. VirtuInspect maps its inspection workflows to your RMS area and category structure, so these must be set up before the connection is activated.
- VirtuInspect: An active account with Neovis (Jebitech). Contact the VirtuInspect team (see Support Contacts below) to arrange access.
Connecting VirtuInspect to RMS
VirtuInspect connects to RMS using the RMS REST API. The VirtuInspect team manages the technical connection from their side using your RMS Client ID.

Activate the VirtuInspect module in RMS.
Go to the Module Market and activate the VirtuInspect integration module.

Request API credentials.
Submit a Support Ticket to RMS Customer Support to request your API credentials.

Complete VirtuInspect setup.
Provide the API credentials to the VirtuInspect team to complete configuration and testing.
Data Exchange
VirtuInspect retrieves the following data from RMS via the RMS REST API to support inspection scheduling, housekeeping management, and owner settlement:
