The Turkey Government Guest List report produces the official in-house guest listing that Turkish properties are required to submit to the local authority, formatted in Turkish on the pre-printed government letterhead.
Â
Overview
The Turkey Government Guest List report (Resmi Musteri Listesi) shows every guest who will be in-house at the property on the chosen Date. It is designed for Turkish properties that must submit a daily guest list to the government on a pre-printed official form. The build screen is in English, but the printed report is in Turkish so it can be filed without translation.
The report can also be exported as a CSV file with English column headings plus the underlying Reservation ID and Guest ID, which is useful for properties that submit electronically or keep an internal digital record alongside the printed copy.
Â
Use Cases
- Daily submission to local authority - The front office runs the report each day for the current date and prints it on the pre-printed government form for lodgement.
- Electronic filing or internal record - The user ticks CSV Export with Additional Columns to capture the same data with English headings and the Reservation ID plus Guest ID for a digital archive or upload.
- Historic listing - The user selects a past Date to reproduce the official guest list for a previous night, for example to respond to an audit query.
Report Options
The options below control which date the in-house guest list is built for and whether the output is the printable Turkish report or a CSV export with English columns.
| Report Option | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Date | Date | Today | The date the guest list is built for. The report includes every reservation that is in-house on this date. |
| CSV Export with Additional Columns (ResID & GuestID) | Checkbox | Unticked | When ticked, the report is delivered as a CSV file with English column headings, plus a Reservation ID and Guest ID column for each row. When unticked, the report is produced as the printable Turkish version. |
Â
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Guests > Turkey Government Guest List.
- Select the Date Range.
(Optional) Select CSV Export with Additional Columns. - Select Build.
Report Column Headers
- The printed report uses Turkish column headings.
- The CSV export adds the matching English headings so the file can be read or processed without translation.
The table below lists both, with a note on where each value comes from in RMS.
| Column (Turkish, printed report) | Column (English, CSV export) | Source / Calculation |
|---|---|---|
| Sira | RowNumber | Sequential row counter, restarts at 1 on each run. |
| Oda N | Area | The Area assigned to the Reservation for the reported Date. |
| Musteri Adi | Given + Surname (two columns) | The name on the Guest Profile linked to the Reservation. The printed Turkish report shows the full name in one column; the CSV splits it into Given name and Surname columns. |
| Kisi | Adults | The Adults count recorded on the Reservation. |
| C1 | Children | The Children count recorded on the Reservation. |
| C2 | Infants | The Infants count recorded on the Reservation. |
| Giris Tarihi | Arrive | The Arrival date of the Reservation. |
| Cikis Tarihi | Depart | The Departure date of the Reservation. |
| Oda Fiyati | AvgDailyRate | Average daily rate for the stay - see Data Sources & Calculations. |
| (CSV only) | ResID | The internal RMS Reservation ID. Only appears when CSV Export with Additional Columns is ticked. |
| (CSV only) | GuestID | The internal RMS Guest ID of the primary Guest on each Reservation. Only appears when CSV Export with Additional Columns is ticked. |

More Information
AvgDailyRate (Oda Fiyati)
The room rate column is the average daily rate for the Reservation, calculated as the Reservation Tariff divided by the number of nights:
AvgDailyRate = Total Reservation Rate ÷ Nights
This is the same calculation as the standard Average Daily Rate (ADR) used across RMS revenue reporting. It is not the nightly rate posted for the specific reported date; it is the per-night average across the whole stay.
Report Printing
The printable Turkish version of the report is designed to fit between the header and footer of the official pre-printed form supplied by the local authority. Do not modify the page size, orientation, or print scaling, or the rows will not align with the form fields.
CSV Export
When the CSV Export with Additional Columns (ResID & GuestID) option is ticked, 'Build' delivers a CSV file instead of the printable Turkish report. The CSV uses English column headings as listed above, and adds two columns at the end that are not on the printed report:
- ResID - the internal RMS Reservation ID for each row.
- GuestID - the internal RMS Guest ID for the primary Guest on each Reservation.
This option is intended for properties that need a machine-readable copy of the same daily list, for example to upload to a government portal or to reconcile against an internal system.
