Information on how to activate and set up the Cygnet module in RMS.
Overview
RMS now offers an E‑Invoice integration with Cygnet, available as a module in the Module Market.
The E‑Invoice – Cygnet module allows your property to connect RMS with Cygnet’s e‑invoicing platform.
Once configured, key billing details from RMS can be securely passed to Cygnet so you can:
Meet local e‑invoicing / tax compliance requirements
Reduce manual data entry and errors
Improve visibility over billing and tax information
Streamline end‑to‑end invoicing workflows
The module is configured per property so each property can use its own Cygnet credentials and settings.
Prerequisites
Before enabling the module in RMS, ensure you have:
-
An active Cygnet account with:
Username and Password
Client ID and Client Secret
-
Any required location/organisation details configured in Cygnet
-
