Overview
Activating the second email field on the Reservation Screen allows Users to capture an alternate email address, ensuring that all relevant communication—including Correspondence, Receipts, and Tax Invoices - can be sent to multiple contacts.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance.
- Select the User 'Manager - (Default)'.
- Select the checkbox 'Email 2' under Guest Details.
- Use the Up & Down arrows to re-position.
- Select Save/Exit.
