Setup Guest Details as Mandatory

Overview

Fields setup as Mandatory on Save will require a User to enter or make a selection before being able to save changes to new or existing reservations.

Fields setup as Mandatory on Check-in will not allow the reservation to be changed to 'Arrived' status without those fields being completed.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance.

  1. Select the required User.
  2. Select the required Guest Details fields.
  3. Select the checkbox 'On Save' or 'On Check-in'.
  4. Select Save/Exit.

★ Hint: After saving changes to Field Maintenance, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
