Overview
Meal Plan is a Lookup Table that can be used to apply food inclusions to a Rate Type or Reservation with related charges.
Meal inclusions can be selected in any combination of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
Meal Plan selections will print from the In/Out Movements Screen report, using the 'Print First 6 Columns' feature.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance.
- Select the User 'Manager'.
- Select the checkbox for the Meal Plan field.
(Optional) Select On Save or On Check-In to set the field as mandatory. - Select Save/Exit.
★ Tip: After saving changes to the setup, Users should log out of RMS and then
Log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
