Overview
The RMS Booking Engine will request Guest Details during check-out based on the mandatory fields selected in Field Maintenance.
The RMS Booking Engine enables properties to add a 'Book Now' link on their website for guests to complete their booking online.

Visible Fields for Guests
- By default, the fields of Given, Surname, Email address and Mobile will be mandatory at the time of booking in 'Add Your Details'.
Properties have the flexibility to designate additional fields as mandatory, by following the steps outlined in this article. - Any additional fields set as mandatory will be visible in 'Additional Details'.
- If the guest is booking more than 1 Area, the 'Assign Guests to Rooms' option will automatically display, allowing for separate guest details to be added at the time of booking.
★ Tip: Custom Labels configured in the Guest tab can be set to be visible or mandatory on the RMS Booking Engine.
Mandatory fields will be indicated with a '*' to the Guest when completing their reservation.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS. go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance.
- Select the User RMSOnline.
- Select the checkbox On Save for the required Guest Details.
- Select Save/Exit.

To display the Privacy, SMS and Email Opt In\Out options to guess, select the fields as below.
