Set a Reservation to Long Term

How to set a reservation for Long Term in RMS.

 

Overview

Long Term Reservations are reservations that exceed 60 nights, and use a Repeat Charge or Periodic Charge for the accommodation charges on the account.

★ Tip: Configure the Long Term field to be visible via Field Maintenance.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

  1. Toggle the Long Term field to 'Yes'.

  2. Select 'Save\Exit'
