How to Roll Forward Repeat Charges into the future in RMS.

Overview

A Repeat Charge is a type of Sundry Charge that can be configured to apply to a reservation account on a recurring basis, using a set value and frequency.

This rate structure is highly flexible and can be tailored for various scenarios - most commonly used for Long Term reservations, to apply rental charges or other recurring fees.

Tip! Multiple Repeat Charges can be rolled forward together when they share the same Frequency and Next Date.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

1. Select the Accommodation Account.
   
    
2. Select 'Charges'.
3. Select 'Repeat Charge'.
   
    
4. Select the checkbox for each Repeat Charge.
5. Select 'Roll Forward'.
   
    
6. Enter the Roll Forward Cycles.
   (The date will update automatically, according to the number of cycles entered to roll forward).
7. Select 'Roll Forward'.
