User Access to Owner Contracts

Steps to allow User access to Owner Contracts in RMS.

 

Overview

Providing access to modify the Owner Contract tab will enable Users with this Security Profile to add and amend any contracts against an Owner in RMS.

★ Tip: The Owner or Trust Accounting module is required to use the 'Owner' functionality.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.

  1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Security Profile.

  2. Expand the 'Guest Screens' Function Menu.
  3. Select 'Allow' on the Function 'Allow Users to Modify Owner Contract Tab'.
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
