Owner Statement Groupings

How to assign General Ledger Account Code Groupings for Owner Statements in RMS.

 

Overview

Owner Statements will include a summary of Owner Income by the General Ledger Account Code Groupings setup in Owner Accounting Options.

Owner Statement functionality is only available when using the Owner Accounting or Trust Accounting modules.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Owner Accounting Options.

  1. Select a Property.
  2. Navigate to the 'Owner Statement' tab.
  3. Select the G/L Account Code Groupings for each Column.
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.

The selected groupings will be reflected in the Owner Statements generated for this property.
