An Owner Income Sundry is a Sundry Charge setup to pay income to the Owner at the end of month if used on an account.
Overview
An Owner Income Sundry is a Sundry Charge setup to pay income to the Owner at the end of month if used on an account.
Sundry Charges are incidental charges used for all charges and credits not covered by Receipts or Rates.
Enterprise customers can setup Sundry Charges for one, all or several properties.
Selecting 'Exclude Percentage Commission' indicates no Manager Commission is charged for this Sundry item and the full value will be paid to the owner as Owner Income.
An Owner Income Sundry cannot be changed to a regular Sundry Charge once saved.
★ Hint: Owner Income Sundry Charges are only available to Owner or Trust Accounting properties.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Sundry.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter a Description.
- Enter a Unit Price.
- Select a General Ledger Account Code.
- Select the Tax Type.
- Navigate to the 'Owner Accounting' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Owner Income'.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox 'Exclude Percentage Commission'.
- Select Save/Exit.
✎ Please note: Selecting 'Exclude Percentage Commission' indicates no Manager Commission is charged for this Sundry item and the full value will be paid to the owner as Owner Income.
