Information on configuring Duetto in RMS.
Overview
Duetto is a cloud‑based revenue management and optimisation platform.
It helps Properties maximise revenue by using real‑time data, automation, and dynamic pricing strategies
The initial data sync to Duetto will commence within 30 minutes of saving.
The option 'Allow Moving Reservations Across Properties' cannot be used when interfacing with Revenue Management tools, including Duetto.
★ Tip: Contact the RMS Sales team to activate the Rate Manager module to integrate with Duetto.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the 'Rate Manager' tab.
- Select 'Duetto' as the Rate Manager Type.
- Select the Start Date as the date historical data begins in RMS.
- Enter the Username supplied by Duetto.
- Enter the Password supplied by Duetto.
- Enter the Endpoint supplied by Duetto.
- Enter the FTP Username supplied by Duetto.
- Enter the FTP Password supplied by Duetto.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
