Dwelling Brand is a Lookup Table designed to capture the make and model details of portable habitats associated with Reservations and Dwelling Sales.

Overview

Dwellings refer to portable habitats such as caravans, campervans, motorhomes, and tents.

Site Allocation & Dwelling Attributes

For Categories with the 'Site' classification, Areas can be configured with the following Dwelling options to simplify Area allocation during reservation creation:

• Dwelling Type

• Dwelling Length

• Dwelling Slide

These options help match guests with suitable Areas based on their specific dwelling requirements.

Guest Details: Dwelling Brand & Year

Additional Dwelling information can be captured in the Guest Details section using Field Maintenance:

• Dwelling Brand: A Lookup Table used to record the make and model of portable habitats, available for both Reservations and Dwelling Sales.

• Dwelling Year: Allows selection of the year the dwelling was manufactured, showing options up to 15 years in the past and 1 year in the future.

Dwelling Brand Configuration

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Dwelling Brand.

1. Select Add.
   
    
2. Enter the Description.
3. Select the Show in RMS Online checkbox (Optional).

4. Select Save.

   

Dwelling Models

Setting up Dwelling Models under each Dwelling Brand allows for more detailed and structured data collection when managing portable habitats in RMS.

1. Select Add.
   
    
2. Enter the Description.
3. Select Save/Next.
   
    
4. Repeat steps 1-3 until all Brand Models have been added.
5. Select Save/Exit.
