Set up guest Titles for profiles

How to setup Titles to apply to Guest Profiles.

Capturing and utilizing Titles on the Guest Profile, contributes to a smoother and more personalized guest journey, fostering satisfaction and building loyalty

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Titles.

  1. Select 'Add'.

  2. Enter the Title Description.
    Enter a Sub Title (Optional).
  3. Select 'Save/Exit'.
