How to set the available times for Facility Categories in RMS.

Overview

Facility is a Category Classification used to distinguish a Category used for events from the Accommodation Categories.

Facility Categories can be setup to be available between specific times each day.

Each Facility Category can have its own set of Bookable Times.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Category/Area.

1. Select 'Edit' on a Facility Category.
   
    
2. Navigate to the 'Times' tab.
3. Select the From and To Times.
   Select the checkbox to enable Saturday bookings (Optional).
   Select the checkbox to enable Sunday bookings (Optional).
4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
