View guest stats from a reservation

How to view Guest Stats from a reservation in RMS.

 

Overview

The Guest Stats window in RMS includes information for all reservations this Guest has been associated to, and includes the following - 

  • Property
  • Last Visit
  • Last Rate Type
  • Last Area
  • No of Visits 
  • Avg Income
  • Total Income

For Properties that are part of an Enterprise database, the Guest Stats will display a breakdown relating to the Enterprise, and further lines of information regarding the specific properties the Guest has stayed at.

Users will only be able to see the specific breakdown of properties they have access to via their assigned Security Profile.

★ Tip: To access Guest History whilst viewing a reservation, select the hyperlinked 'Guest Number' field to be taken directly to the Guest Profile.

 

Guide

Open the Reservation or Guest Profile in RMS.

  1. Select 'Guest Stats'.

The Guest Statistics will display on screen.

The Guest Stats window provides Users a brief glimpse of the Guest history.

You can find more details on guest statistics, country of residence, reservation type, and other information in the reports listed below.
