An Enterprise Guest Account is an account that can be accessed and used across all Properties within the RMS database.
Overview
Guest Accounts are typically used to hold Deposits when no reservation has been made, or to Transfer outstanding balances from departed reservation accounts directly linked to a Guest Profile.
Enterprise clients have the flexibility to create guest accounts at the property level, or to set up an Enterprise Guest Account that spans all Properties within the database.
An Account Number will be generated the first time the Enterprise and Property Guest Account is accessed

Guide
Open the Guest Profile in RMS.
- Select 'Account'.
- Select the Enterprise Owner Record.
- Select 'Go to Account'.
