Overview

In the hospitality industry, a registration card is a crucial document used during the check-in process to collect guest information.

It serves as a legal record for both the guest and the property, capturing key details about the guest and their stay.

The Bulk Registration Card utility will generate registration cards using the Form Letter designated as the Registration Card in the Property Setup.

Visual Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Utilities > Bulk Rego Card.

1. Select the desired Property.

2. Choose the appropriate Arrival Date Range.

3. (Optional) Specify an Alphabetical Surname Range, if needed.

4. Select a Sorting Option.

5. (Optional) Enable the ‘Include Group Reservation’ checkbox to include group bookings.

6. (Optional) Choose either:

   1. ‘One for Each Occupant’ – to generate a registration card for every occupant,
      or

   2. ‘Only for the Primary Guest’ – to generate a registration card only for the primary guest.

7. Select the relevant Categories.

8. (Optional) Enable the checkbox to filter by specific Travel Agents.

9. Click "Build" to generate the registration cards.
