How to remove rate amounts from displaying on reservation correspondence in RMS.
 

Overview

Correspondence can be used to email, print, or record a merged Form Letter.

Form Letters are typically used for items such as confirmation letters, cancellation acknowledgements, and deposit requests.

In cases where the reservation’s rate amount should not be disclosed to the guest, the “Hide Rate Amounts from Correspondence” option should be applied.

Form letters that normally display a rate value will instead show it as $x.xx.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

1. Toggle 'Hide Rate on Correspondence' to 'Yes'.
2. Select 'Save\Exit'.
