Overview
For guests with multiple stays, create all reservations as a Master Reservation.
This allows a single account to manage balances across all reservations and simplifies changes.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select 'Add Area'.
- Select the guest's next Reservation Stay Dates.
- Select the required Rate Type or Category.
- Select Get Quote.
- Select the Rate Type.
- Select the Category.
Display can vary depending on previous selections made. - Select 'Add to Reservation'.
Repeat as necessary for subsequent stays.

Proceed.
- Navigate to the Group Master.
Set 'Rate on Group' to 'Yes' (Optional). - Select 'Save/Exit'.
This Guest's reservations can now be managed individually or under a Master account, with one Tax Invoice for all reservations on the Master account.
