Change a Departed Reservation to Unconfirmed status in RMS.

Overview

The 'Unconfirm' option on a Departed Reservation enables changing the Reservation Status back to Unconfirmed and then onto Arrived.

This option will be available on a reservation with a 'Departed' status, and can be used to cycle through reservation statuses if a mistaken action has been taken.

The above process can be used if the available timeframe of the Revert Reservation function has passed.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

1. Select 'Change Status'.
2. Select 'Unconfirm'.
   
    
3. Select 'Yes' to confirm.
   

The User can now update the reservation status as needed - for instance, changing it to "Arrived."
