How to check in a reservation in RMS.
Overview
The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual bookings and their guests in RMS.
The 'Use Check-in/Check-out' feature enables accurate recording of the movements of guests in and out of the property for their stays.
Checking in a reservation will update the reservation status to 'Arrived' and update the Arrive Time with the time the reservation was checked in.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select the
'Check-in' icon.
- Select 'Yes' to confirm.
★ Tip: Depending on the configuration, warning messages may appear when attempting to arrive a reservation if the reservation date does not match the current date for example.
