Display the Car Registration Field for Boomgate Access Numbers

Information on Boomgate options when using the Boomgate Module in RMS.  

 

Overview

Boomgate access control determines the format for Access Codes, the Access Code Slip template and interface options.

Displaying the Rego/Access No’s tab on the Reservation screen enables saving specific guest car registrations, allowing properties to identify vehicles that should not be on-site.

★ Tip: A subscription to the Boomgate module is required if integrating a physical boomgate.

 

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

  1. Navigate to the 'Reservations' tab.
  2. Select the checkbox 'Show Reg Nos'.

  3. Select 'Save/Exit'.
