Quick Add Boomgate Access Numbers

Create multiple Boomgate Access Codes on a reservation in RMS.

 

Overview

Access codes provide entry into the Property and can be quickly added to an existing reservation.  

Select 'Generate & Send Out' to email the Access No Slip to the Primary Guest or 'Generate & SMS' to SMS the Access No Slip to the Primary Guest with all generated Access Codes.

★ Tip: A subscription to the Boomgate module is required to use this feature.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

  1. Navigate to the Rego/Access No tab.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Add Access No. Only.

  4. Select the Number of Codes to create.
  5. Select the required Generate option.
