Setup Auto Boomgate Access Number

Configure RMS to automatically create a boomgate Access Number on new reservations.

 

Overview

Boomgate access is a controlled entry system that typically uses barrier arms to manage vehicle entry.

This option will enable RMS to automatically create an Access Number when saving a new reservation or converting a Pencil Reservation.

★ Tip: A subscription to the Boomgate module is required to use this feature.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS. go to Setup > Boomgate > Boomgate Setup.

  1. Select the checkbox 'Create Access No on Res Creation'.
  2. Select 'Save/Exit'.
