Setting up the Boomgate Access Number tab to display on reservations in RMS.

Overview

A Boomgate is a type of barrier commonly used in traffic control systems, typically at entry or exit points such as parking lots, toll booths, or security gates.

Enable the display of Rego and Access numbers in reservations to simplify data entry for Front Desk users and ensure important details are easily accessible.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

1. Navigate to the 'Reservations Defaults' tab.
2. Select the checkbox 'Show Access No's'.

3. Select Save/Exit.
