Overview
Release notes are official updates provided by RMS that outline changes, improvements, and new features included in a software update. They typically accompany each new version release to keep Users informed about what’s new or improved in the system.
They generally include:
New Features: Details on newly added tools or functions.
Enhancements: Improvements to existing features for better performance or usability.
Bug Fixes: Resolutions to previously reported issues or glitches.
Technical Updates: Behind-the-scenes changes that may affect integrations, security, or system stability.
In the hospitality industry, release notes help property managers, front desk staff, and IT teams stay informed about system capabilities and how to make the most of them.
Access Release Notes
RMS will automatically display release notes that outline all changes between the current and previous versions of the selected RMS environment.
- In the Side Menu of RMS, navigate to Help > Release Notes (New).
(This will open a new Tab in your Browser.)

On the Release Notes page, you can:
- Search for an item of interest
- Use a Label Filter to narrow down your search.
