Overview
The Overdue Departure report will return all reservations in 'Unconfirmed', 'Confirmed' or 'Arrived' status where the Departure Date is set to a date before the current date and the reservation has not been updated to 'Departed' status.
The Check-in/Check-out feature enables accurate tracking of guest arrivals and departures at the property.
Reservations that have not been checked out in RMS on their Departure Date need to be updated in RMS to reflect the new arrangements.
Reservations where the guest departed but the reservation was not updated to 'Departed' status can still be checked out after the date has passed.
A new Departure Date can be set for guests who have extended their stay, or the reservation can be checked out if the guests have left.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Daily > Overdue Departure.
- Select the Category.
(Optional) Select a Display By option.
(Optional) Select a Group By option. - Select Build.
