Preparing to Connect
- Before completing the Channel Connection setup, contact TravelClick to advise them of your property's intention to connect.

- All Category & Rate combinations set up in iHotelier® must also be mapped in RMS.
-
iHotelier® Linked Rates need to be mapped in RMS with 'No Update' selected, since their prices and availability are managed from the master rate in iHotelier®.

- The TravelClick HTNG connection includes an optional feature to match Travel Agents by IATA Number when populating the Source Travel Agent on reservations delivered from TravelClick. To enable this feature, Log a Support Ticket to activate TravelClick IATA Search for your property.
- The TravelClick IATA Search will look for a matching Travel Agent by IATA Number in RMS. If no match is found, the Travel Agent on the reservation will display as 'TravelClick HTNG.'
- If the Company or Travel Agent provided in the reservation from TravelClick cannot be matched with an existing Company or Travel Agent in RMS, a new record will be created when 'Allow Travel Agent Creation' is selected.
- Hide from Guest Portal will prevent the guest from managing this reservation when logged into the Guest Portal, including Pre Check-in & Guest Declaration, and Digital Check-in.
- Selecting 'Hide from Guest Portal' will prevent guests from managing these reservations in the Guest Portal, including Pre Check-in, Guest Declaration, and Digital Check-in.
