Overview
Agoda is an online booking channel that can be connected to RMS via the Channel Manager. Once connected, Agoda and RMS exchange availability, rate, restriction, and reservation data automatically.

Preparing to Connect
The Agoda Connection can be setup to use the Pricing Model of Occupancy Based Pricing or Full Pattern Length of Stay, with both Agoda Collect and Property Collect payment methods supported.
Agoda Collect (ePass) allows properties to batch payments for bookings taken.
When using ePass, virtual credit cards will not be generated on Reservations in RMS, and credit card information will not be available to RMS via API.
Property Collect requires properties to collect payment from guests on their arrival and does not include credit card information being passed to RMS.
Connecting Agoda to RMS
To connect Agoda as a channel in RMS, follow the general Channel Connection process. This involves activating the channel in the RMS Channel Manager, mapping your properties, categories, and rate types, and then enabling the connection.
