This article describes the Tick Sheet report, which displays a date-grid view of reservations over a selected period to support front-desk check-in and occupancy tracking.
Overview
The Tick Sheet report produces a grid where each row represents a reservation and each column represents a day in the selected date range.
A mark in a date cell indicates the reservation is active on that day.
Use it to see at a glance which guests are arriving, in-house, or departing across a given week, and to track check-in, No Show, and Hold status for each reservation.
Use Cases
- Daily check-in preparation - run the report for the current week to see all active reservations and tick off guests as they check in.
- Occupancy overview - view how many reservations overlap each day in a period, with per-day totals in the summary rows.
- No-show and hold tracking - enable Include No Show (Reservation) to include reservations with a no-show status, and review the NShow, Hold and HExp summary columns.
- Grouped check-in management - group by Category, Company, or Travel Agent to organise the sheet by accommodation type or booking source.

Report Columns
The Tick Sheet uses a date-grid layout rather than a standard column report. Each row represents one reservation. The first four columns identify the reservation, followed by one column per day in the selected date range, and then four status summary columns at the far right.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Res No | The reservation number. |
| Name | The guest surname. |
| Area | The accommodation area or unit the reservation is assigned to. |
| Voucher No. | The voucher number for the reservation. Replaced by Reservation Spare Field 1 if the Replace Voucher No. with option is enabled. |
| [Day columns] | One column per day in the selected date range, labelled by the day number (e.g., 8, 9, 10...). A mark of 1 in a cell means the reservation is active (in-house) on that day. Empty cells indicate the reservation is not active on that day. |
| IN | The total number of days the reservation is active within the selected date range. Used to verify the report has captured the correct stay length. |
| NShow | The number of days the reservation has been recorded as a No Show within the date range. |
| Hold | The number of days the reservation is on Hold within the date range. |
| HExp | The number of days the reservation's Hold has expired within the date range. |
Summary rows
Four summary rows appear at the bottom of each group (or at the end of the report if no grouping is selected):
- Total In - the count of active reservations for each day in the range.
- Total Hold - the count of reservations on Hold for each day.
- Total No Show - the count of No Show reservations for each day.
- Grand Total - the overall totals across all days, plus the aggregate IN, NShow, Hold, and HExp counts.
