This article describes the Reservation Audit Trail Report, which lists every tracked change made to reservations across a date range so changes can be reviewed across the property by date, user, or field.
Â
Overview
The Reservation Audit Trail Report shows the same change-log data as the Reservation Audit Trail tab on an individual reservation, but across every reservation that was modified within a selected date range. Each row records who changed what, when it changed, and the old and new values. The report is used to investigate disputes, evidence compliance reviews, and oversee front-desk activity where the per-reservation tab is not enough.
The report can be filtered by user or by field modified, grouped by Reservation, Date, or User, and run for either the reservation itself or for the reservation together with its account-level changes.
Â
Use Cases
- Dispute investigation - a guest queries a rate or status change. Run the report for the modification date with Group By Reservation to see every change made to that booking and the user responsible.
- Compliance and oversight - finance or management reviews every override or rate change made over a period for audit evidence.
- Training and quality review - a manager reviews changes made by a specific user to identify training opportunities or confirm policy adherence.
