The Rent Roll Report is a report that lists each in-house and forward-booked reservation in the selected date range with a single-row summary of revenue, charges, deposits, receipts and the current account balance.
Â
Overview
The Rent Roll Report is a Financial Revenue report which provides a snapshot of all reservations active in a chosen date range, summarising the financial position of each reservation on a single line. It is typically used by finance teams and property managers to review accommodation revenue, Deposits, Receipts and reservation account balances at a glance, and to reconcile guest accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
The report uses the standard RMS report viewer and supports printing, emailing and exporting (PDF, Excel, CSV).
