Guidance for users who are unable to access their authentication device when logging into RMS.
Overview
Two-factor authentication is an additional layer of security protecting from unauthorized system access.
Two-factor authentication requires all Users to provide a second method of identity verification when they log into RMS using their username and password.
This additional layer of security on login makes it difficult for any unauthorized individual to access RMS even if they obtain a user's login credentials.
Users who no longer have their Authenticator Device can be provided a single-use verification code by email or SMS to log into RMS.
Once logged in, Users can follow the guide to Replace Authentication Device if required.

- Go to the RMS Login page.
- Enter the RMS Client ID, Username and Password.
- Select 'Login'.
