Converting to a Single Property

Overview

This process may be required for changes to a business structure resulting in properties reforming under a singular company banner, e.g.. Holiday Letting, or when consolidating two previously separately operated business on the same piece of land to a single business entity, e.g.. Caravan and Camping Holiday Parks.

  1. Update Property Information for the Owner Record.
  2. Move Categories to the Owner Record.
  3. Set Unused Properties to Inactive.
