Enabling Channel Credentials and Mapping for Individual Areas in RMS.

Overview

The ability to map individual Areas with their own Channel Credentials is designed for Holiday letting-style operations, where individual houses or properties may be managed under a single entity, whilst being listed separately with various Online Travel Agents.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

1. Navigate to the Features tab.
2. Select the checkbox Allow separate channel credentials for each Area.
3. Select Save/Exit.
   

Tip! After saving changes to the setup, Users should log out of RMS and then
Log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
