How to create Mixed Rate reservations, use the Rate Mixer feature available in Quick Quote
 

Overview

Quick Quote is a powerful reservation tool that simplifies the process of searching, comparing, and quoting rates and availability across multiple Properties, Categories, and Rate Types.

Users can create or quote a Mixed Rate Reservation directly from the Availability View by selecting a different Rate Type for each reservation date.

Key Features

• Allotments Icon
  Displays Guaranteed Allotment information when a Group or Travel Agent is selected.

• Interactive Map Icon
  Allows users to complete a reservation using the Interactive Map for a visual, location-based booking experience.

• Picture Icon
  Opens photos configured for the selected Category or Area, providing a visual reference during the booking process. For optimal display, Category and Area photos should be sized at 1160 x 620 pixels.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Quick Quote.

1. Select the Availability View.
2. Perform a Quick Quote Search.
3. Choose a Category.

4. Click Get Quote.
   

    

5. Enable the Rate Mixer toggle.

6. Select a Rate Type for each Reservation Date.
   
   

    

7. Pick an Area to Book.

8. Click the Add to Reservation icon.
   

    

9. Choose Proceed.
   

    

10. Enter the Guest Details.
11. Select Save/Exit.
    

Please Note! The Total Rate Breakdown on the reservation will display the multiple Rate Types applied across the duration of the stay.

Important! The reservation will display the Rate Type applied to the first night of the stay.
